What is the new app?
The Piano Guys All Access App is the new premiere way to experience your all access subscription. This comes with all the benefits of a previous subscription, all bundled into one single place! Experience Behind The Scenes videos, Live Hangouts with the guys, never before seen images, all access forums, exclusive giveaways and More!

Why Is All Access Changing?
We wanted to make the experience for All Access members as easy and interactive as possible. On the old system, users would have to log into the website to watch behind the scenes videos, but also be a member of our Facebook group to interact directly with the guys. This new platform puts everything in one place. It also makes it easier for us to share super top secret early releases without worrying about any of the content getting out beyond the app. It will even notify you when we’ve uploaded something new or are going live so you won’t miss a thing!

Can I just stick with the Old All Access platform?
Our plan is to completely phase out the old platform and make this app the one and only way of experiencing All Access moving forward. We will continue to support the old platform for a maximum of 90 days and then will shut it down.

I prefer to use a desktop rather than a phone?
Great! While the All Access App is optimally used on a mobile device, it can be accessed from a desktop computer too! Just use this special link and save it in your bookmarks any time you want to log in: https://thepianoguys.fan.direct/web/

Where can I download the app?

Alternatively you can download the app from the App Store on apple devices or the Google Play store from android devices.

How do I move over from my old subscription to the app?
By now you should have received an email with a special link to sign up. We will be sending out reminder emails over the next few weeks to help you move over. If you still haven’t received an email and are patiently waiting for your coupon code, please email us at [email protected]. and we will get you sorted as soon as possible!

Will I be billed for this new All Access App?
The day that you sign up, we are essentially restarting your All Access subscription billing back to Day 1. If you pay for a yearly subscription and your old subscription renewed 6 months ago, you should get a discount coupon on your email for 6 months of free access. If you never got a coupon, please email [email protected] and we will get you set up. If you paid monthly for All Access, you don’t need to worry about a coupon code?

What will happen to my old All Access subscription?
We will be systematically canceling all the old subscriptions so that you will not be billed both for the old platform and the new app. You will be notified through email that your subscription has been cancelled, do not fear! This is to ensure no double billing will take place and we can get you into the new app seamlessly.

I haven’t received any emails to get into the new app!

When I try to checkout I see "Sorry this product cannot be purchased" or "Your cart is currently empty"?

Who is Gigrev? Some of the URLs have that name in them, as well as the billing?
GigRev is our partner developers who helped us build this app. They are based out of London, England and will be managing some of the incredibly technical parts of running a successful app. They are great!
